Debbie Besner is a compassionate and dynamic mental health professional with a passion for supporting  personal growth and navigation through life's difficulties. She aims to partner with clients to enhance well-being, reduce disruptive symptoms and improve relationships with oneself and others. In therapy, clients will strive to improve awareness and services will often target irrational beliefs, dysfunctional behaviors, out of proportion emotional reactions, relationship problems, and experiences from the past that continue to have a negative impact.

Debbie Besner helps clients achieve improved mental health and greater self-awareness through Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE) - Beg I and II,  Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to help individuals move past their past and create a more optimal future. She is also trained in Psychedelic Assisted therapy and provides preparation and integration services (* Please note: she does not administer these medicines or act as a "sitter" to these experiences). Debbie has extensive experience working with adults in outpatient settings with issues that include:

Rates
Service fee is $225 per 50-minute session. Reduced fee and sliding scale services are not available at this time. Cash, credit cards and checks accepted for payment.

Fees for KAP services differ. Please speak with Debbie Besner directly to discuss. 
 
Insurance
I do not take insurance at this time. However, you might consider checking to see if your insurance covers "out-of-network" providers and a superbill can be provided.
 
Cancellation Policy
A twenty-four (24) hour advanced notice is required if you need to cancel an appointment. If you do not show for an appointment and neglect to provide ample notice, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
